Dumb Dinners, Episode 23: Lazy Meatball Lasagna What you’ll need: 1 jar marinara sauce (24–25 oz) 1¼ cups water 8–10 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken into pieces 1 cup whole milk ricotta 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella, divided 20–25 frozen fully cooked meatballs (½ oz) 1 cup frozen chopped spinach 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp garlic powder Pinch of salt How to make it: Mix marinara, water, ricotta, and seasonings in a 9x13 dish Add broken noodles, frozen meatballs, spinach, and half the mozzarella Stir everything together and press noodles down into the sauce Top with remaining mozzarella, cover tightly with foil Bake at 375°F covered 45–50 min, uncovered 10–15 min Rest 10 min before scooping Dinner so easy it’s kinda dumb. 🤌 #easymeals #dinneridea #easydinners #easyrecipes #easyrecipie

New and improved shrimp fettuccine alfredo ✨🦐 8-10 Shrimp: Salt, cajun seasoning, paprika, olive oil, 1 tbsp butter ( honestly wish I made more shrimp ) Sauce: - 3-4 cloves of garlic - half a can of evaporated milk ( about 170ml ) - 1/4 cup heavy cream - roughly 50g parmesan cheese ( taste your sauce because it can get to salty ) - cajun seasoning, pepper, pinch of salt ( if your cajun seasoning is salty do not add more salt ) - 130g fresh pasta - 1/4 cup pasta water ( in case if your sauce gets to thick ) Remember to taste as you cook and adjust seasonings to your liking !! #pasta #dinneridea #easyrecipe #cooking #shrimp

Garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs 🍔 Soft, buttery, and super EASY to make! I was too lazy but you could add anything else you like! Have fun with it :) RECIPE ⬇️ * 1 lb 80/20 ground beef * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * 2 tsp Worcestershire * Minced garlic * Salt & pepper to taste * American cheese to stir in w meat * Optional: caramelized onions * Mild cheddar, large cubes * Shredded mozzarella * 1 can biscuit dough (Pillsbury original flakey layers) * 1 egg, whisked (for egg wash) * Parmesan Garlic butter: * 3 tbs salted butter, melted * 2 cloves garlic, finely minced * Dried or fresh parsley 1. Cook the ground beef on medium heat. Once browned, add minced garlic and all the seasonings. Stir for a minute. (Optional: Melt and stir in extra cheese.) Set aside. Don’t overcook it like I did 🤣🤣 2. Preheat oven to 375F 3. Take each biscuit and flatten/stretch it into a 5 inch circle. Add a 2 spoonfuls of beef, some mozzarella, and a cube of cheese in the middle. ***PUT MORE CHEESE THAN I DID*** Caramelized onions would be great in this too! (Don’t overfill) 4. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Pull it into a tight ball. Rest 5 min. 5. Place them seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush a thin layer of egg wash and sprinkle fresh grated parmesan. 6. Bake at 375F for 15-18 min until deeply golden. 7. Brush on garlic butter and sprinkle more parmesan. One Pot Spaghetti (Easy One Pot Pasta Dinner) This one pot spaghetti is a perfect weeknight comfort meal that you will want to make again and again. 🤍 Tip: Do NOT use a full box of pasta. There isn’t enough liquid for it to cook properly. Stick to ¾ lb spaghetti for the perfect texture and sauce. Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 lb sweet Italian sausage ½ onion, diced 1 bell pepper, diced 1 tbsp minced garlic 28 oz crushed tomatoes 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp tomato paste 3½ cups chicken broth ¾ lb spaghetti noodles 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp each onion powder, salt, and sugar Directions: 1. In a large skillet, add a little oil, diced onion, and bell pepper and sauté until softened. 2. Add ground beef and Italian sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed. 3. Stir in minced garlic, crushed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and sugar. Stir well to combine. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring everything to a boil. 5. Add the spaghetti noodles (break them in half if needed) and press them down into the liquid. 6. Reduce heat slightly and let the pasta cook uncovered, stirring occasionally so nothing sticks. 7. Continue cooking until the noodles are tender and the sauce thickens to your liking. 8. Let sit for a few minutes to thicken, then serve warm. Add rice and broth to a greased 9x13 dish. Stir in garlic, lemon juice/zest, and seasonings. Place chicken on top. Add asparagus and butter. Cover tightly with foil and bake 45–50 minutes.
