Cowboy butter steak bites ✨ Ingredients Steak - 2 pounds ribeye or sirloin steak, cubed - 1 tbsp neutral oil - 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste (generous amount) “Caramelized” onions - 1 large yellow onion, sliced - 1 tsp granulated sugar - Heaping pinch of salt Cowboy butter - 12 tbsp unsalted butter - 5 garlic cloves, minced - 1 shallot, minced - 1 lemon, freshly squeezed - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard - 1 heaping tbsp parsley, chopped - 1 heaping tbsp chives, chopped - 1 tsp thyme - 1 tsp cayenne powder (adjust to heat preference - 1/2 tsp red chili flakes - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika - Salt to taste Instructions - Toss cubed steak with oil, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and a generous amount of salt & pepper. Set aside while the pan heats. - Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil or butter. - Add onions, sugar, and salt. Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft, golden, and jammy. Remove from pan and set aside. - Crank heat to medium-high/high.
Add steak in a single layer (work in batches if needed). - Sear 2–3 minutes per side until deeply browned. Remove and set aside. Lower heat to medium. - Add butter to the same pan. Once melted, add garlic and shallot — cook ~30 seconds until fragrant. - Stir in lemon juice, Dijon, parsley, chives, thyme, cayenne, chili flakes, smoked paprika, and salt. - Add steak back to the pan. - Toss to coat in the butter sauce for 1–2 minutes. - Serve over creamy mashed potatoes and enjoy! • • • #foodreels #recipe #dinnerideas #recipeideas #explore

When you want something satisfying but still kinda healthy…this is it😮‍💨 Crispy chicken strips, homemade fries & a spicy Greek yogurt dip🤤✨ who’s making this for dinner this week?👀 For The Chicken: 2 Chicken breast (cut into strips) 1 egg Breadcrumbs Smoked Paprika Oregano Garlic powder Salt Spray oil Method: Add the chicken strips to a bowl, add 1tsp of each of the seasonings listed along with the egg, mix well then coat fully in the breadcrumb mix (season them with the same seasonings) Place in air fryer and lightly spray with oil.Air fry at 190–200°C until golden and crispy (around 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness). Flip halfway for even crispiness. Air Fryer Fries Ingredients: 2 large Potatoes Olive oil Oregano Salt Method: Cut potatoes into fries. Soak in water for 20–30 minutes (removes starch = crispier fries). Drain and pat completely dry. Drizzle with a small amount of oil. Season with oregano and salt. Air fry at 185°C for 15 minutes. Increase to 200°C for 5 minutes to crisp them up. For The Sauce Ingredients: Greek yogurt Sriracha Worcestershire sauce Salt Mix all ingredients together in a bowl Taste and adjust spice/salt level. #easyrecipes #cookwithme #healthyrecipes #cooking #dinnerideas

POV: you made the creamiest butter chicken 😍 You need: • 500g chicken thighs • 1 cup Greek yogurt • 3 garlic cloves • 1 tbsp grated ginger • 1 tsp turmeric • 1 tsp chilli powder • 1 tsp garam masala • ⁠1 tsp salt • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp fennel seeds (optional) • 2 tbsp butter • 1 small onion • 1 cup chopped tomatoes • ½–1 cup double cream • Salt P.S. you use the same spices and quantities for the meat and the sauce. Marinate (30 mins minimum / overnight = elite): Yogurt + garlic + ginger + spices + chicken. Cook: 1. Sear or broil chicken in butter until golden. Remove. 2. Same pan → sauté onion, garlic and ginger. 3. Add passata and the spices. Simmer 5–7 mins. Then blend until smooth. 4. Stir in cream. 5. Add chicken back. Add in some butter and coriander if you’d like :) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SOFT GARLIC NAAN (NO OVEN) You need: • 2 cups plain flour • 1 tsp sugar • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp baking powder • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt • ~¾ cup warm water • 2 tbsp melted butter • 2 garlic cloves (minced) • Fresh coriander Make: 1.Mix dry ingredients. 2. Add yogurt + water → form soft dough. 3. Knead 5 mins. Rest 30 mins. 4. Divide, roll into ovals. 5. Cook in a hot dry pan 1–2 mins per side 6. The perfect comforting pasta with a fresh twist ✨ Ingredients Shrimp: • 7 oz/ 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined • 2 tbsp butter • 2 cloves garlic, minced • Salt and Black pepper • 0,5 tsp paprika • Zest of ½ lemon • Optional: 1 tsp honey (for gloss) Pasta + Sauce: • 7 oz/200g pasta, I used pappardelle • 2 tbsp butter • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 cup/250ml heavy cream • 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan • ⅓–½ cup/50-100ml pasta water • Zest of ½ lemon • 1–2 tsp lemon juice • Salt and black pepper • Optional: chili flakes Instructions: 1. Boil Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.Cook pasta until al dente. Before draining, save pasta water. Drain and set aside. 2. Cook the Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry. Season with salt, pepper, honey, lemon zest and paprika. In a large pan over medium heat: • Melt 2 tbsp butter • Add shrimp in a single layer Cook 60-90 seconds per side, until pink and lightly golden. Then add Minced garlic and Toss 20-30 seconds. Remove and set aside. 3. Make the Lemon Garlic Alfredo: In the same pan: Add: 2 tbsp butter and 3 cloves garlic. Cook for 30 seconds (don’t brown). Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes. Stir in parmesan, salt and Black pepper. Then add reserved pasta water, zest of lemon and lemon juice. Taste and adjust. 4. Serve: Add the pasta to the sauce and toss until creamy and glossy. Plate the pasta, place the shrimp on top, and finish with extra lemon zest, parsley and black pepper. CHIPOTLE BEEF STUFFED PEPPERS + HERBY RICE 🍋‍🟩🥑🫑 540 CALS 41G PROTEIN One of my fave high protein, low calorie meals. It’s actually super easy and so much fun to make! Perfect if you want to add something abit different to your weekly meal plan. Ingredients: 400g 3% fat beef (or kidney beans for a veggie alternative) 1 tin chopped tomatoes 2tbsp chipotle paste 1tbsp tomato puree 1tbsp paprika 1tbsp smoked paprika 1/2 onion 3 cloves garlic 1 red chilli 2 red peppers 2 handfuls mozzarella Long grain rice 1 lime Handful chopped corriander Optional garnish: 1tbsp Guacamole 1tbsp natural yog Method: Halve the red peppers, drizzle In olive oil and season. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, fry off the beef mince until brown. Then add onion, garlic and chilli. Cook for a few minutes. Add the tomato puree and chipotle paste and cook out for a few minutes. Then add the tinned toms and 1/2 tin water. Cook until reduced. Once the peppers are done, add the beef mince and mozzarella and bake for a further 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Serve over herby rice with a dollop of guacamole and yoghurt!
