For better fat loss results: 🔥 Stairmaster Speed 5–8, hands free, 25–35 minutes. 🔥 Incline walking Incline 10–15, speed 2.5–3.5. 🔥 Elliptical Use resistance (level 6–10). Low resistance burns way less calories. Running is NOT bad for fat loss, but higher resistance cardio like incline walking or stairmaster is easier to sustain longer and puts less stress on the joints for most people. Remember: Fat loss only happens if you are in a calorie deficit. Stairmaster is not the best cardio machine😅 ✅The best cardio is the one you enjoy the most and the one that you don’t DREAD doing every single day💀 I used to PRIDE myself on doing 90 minutes of stairmaster a day (yes a full 1.5 hours) and it helped me greatly during prep🤝 Stairmaster is easily bang for your buck in terms of energy burned for the amount of time⏰ I switched from stairmaster to elliptical to: 1️⃣Save my joints 2️⃣Reduce the load on my quads (bc I’m quad dominant) 3️⃣Recover more efficiently after leg days ‼️Stop hating doing cardio The stairmaster made me dread every training session, knowing that I felt obligated to do it. I felt that to keep my physique and my ego up my ass, it was necessary🤨 Anyways that’s very questionable but now I’m so much happier with the elliptical, joint health and recovery rate💗 #gym #stairmaster #elliptical
