The FDA has a long, disturbing history of greenlighting products that later had to be yanked off the market—not because they were ineffective, but because they caused serious harm or death. From Vioxx to Fen-Phen to RotaShield, the pattern is crystal clear: rush the approval, downplay the risks, and deal with the fallout after people suffer. These weren’t fringe treatments—they were FDA-approved, pushed hard by doctors and pharma, and hailed as “safe and effective”… until the lawsuits piled up, the injuries became undeniable, and the damage was already done. And we’re supposed to believe vaccines are somehow immune to this corruption? That the same system that’s failed us over and over again suddenly got it right—with a product they can’t be sued for? Vaccines are the untouchable product class. Unlike every other drug, you can’t sue the manufacturer if you or your child is harmed. That’s not science—that’s liability protection. That’s politics. And that’s a red flag the size of a pharmaceutical skyscraper. If the FDA has repeatedly failed to protect the public before, why should anyone blindly trust them now—especially with the childhood vaccine schedule that’s exploded in size over the years? My ebook, Informed & Empowered: Your Simplified Vaccine Resource, gives you the truth they won’t. It walks you through the schedule, the ingredients, the known risks, and the political machinery driving it all. If you’ve ever wondered what’s really behind the push, you need this information. Because when it comes to your child’s body, guessing is not good enough! 💪🏻 Comment “EBOOK” for the link ✨ #informedconsent #informeddecisions #informedmama #vaccine #vaccinate #truth #medicalfreedom #bigpharma #cdc #fda

I said what I said 🤷🏼‍♀️ The FDA is partially funded by the very industry it regulates. That’s not conspiracy. That’s structure. Faster approvals? Great for access. But speed shifts more responsibility onto post-marketing surveillance meaning some risks only show up after millions of people are already using a product. Approval reflects the evidence available at the time. It does not equal future-proof certainty. And regulatory status alone? It’s one data point. Not a halo. Not a guarantee. Not a substitute for critical thinking. Ask better questions. Look at full context. Understand how systems actually work. Blind trust isn’t science. Furthermore nothing I promote are pharmaceutical drugs, or food products, and supplements are not regulated by the FDA. So the point is moot.

Check your supplements right now! If you see any of these 3 ingredients, throw them in the trash immediately: Titanium Dioxide: This whitening agent is banned in the EU because studies link it to DNA damage and potential cancer risks. Shockingly, it’s still allowed in North America. Hydrogenated Oils: You’d be surprised how many supplement companies use hydrogenated oils as fillers or coating agents. Studies have linked trans fats to an increased risk of heart disease, obesity, and even diabetes. Microcrystalline Cellulose: This filler, derived from wood pulp, is used to add bulk to supplements. Some products may contain up to 85–95% of this filler. Large amounts of indigestible cellulose can cause digestive discomfort. In fact, I’ve made a whole list of toxic ingredients that the majority of supplement companies use. If you want me to send you the list, just comment the word “supp” below, and I’ll DM it to you for free. #supplementcheck #toxicingredients #supplementsthatwork #cleaneating #supplements

🚨 Independent Lab Tests Found Glyphosate in These Popular Foods. — Did any of your faves make the list? Comment “HLIFE” and I’ll send you the brands I trust instead. Glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, is the most widely used herbicide in the United States. And independent testing over the years has repeatedly detected residues in everyday grocery staples. We’re talking about cereals, oatmeal, granola bars, crackers, cookies, and other wheat and oat-based products. Some of the brands flagged in past lab testing include major household names like Quaker, Kellogg’s, General Mills, Stacy’s, and even certain store-brand products. Here’s what matters right now: ⚠️ The World Health Organization’s cancer research arm classified glyphosate as a “probable human carcinogen.” ⚠️ Multiple peer-reviewed studies have associated long-term exposure with increased risk of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. ⚠️ Biomonitoring studies have detected glyphosate in a large percentage of Americans, including children. ⚠️ It is heavily sprayed on crops like wheat, oats, corn, and soy — including as a pre-harvest drying agent in some cases. And here’s why this conversation is exploding again: Last week, the U.S. government issued an executive order designating glyphosate as critical to the national food supply and prioritizing its domestic production. While other countries continue tightening restrictions, its use here is being reinforced. I believe this decision puts chemical industry profits above the health of American families.

The FDA will allow genetically modified food coloring in foods that advertise having no artificial colors. The food industry is shifting away from synthetic dyes towards genetically engineered “plant based” colors to keep costs low. As of now, the food colorings will require no special disclosures. The Non-GMO project will not allow these ingredients in their verified foods. #fda #foodcolors #health #chemicals #rfk

BREAKING: A few days ago, the FDA released the biggest study ever on chemicals found in U.S. baby formula. The news said it was “safe.” But there’s more to the story — and it goes back 46 years. In 1980, Congress passed a law about baby formula. It set rules for what nutrients had to be in it. It set zero rules for what poisons could be in it. 46 years later, that has never changed. Today, just 4 companies make almost all the baby formula in America: Abbott, Reckitt, Nestle, and Perrigo. Here is what most parents do not know: → America is the only major rich country with no rules for how much poison can be in baby formula. → Abbott’s own website says it. The company that makes Enfamil says it. The FDA itself said it again this week. → Europe has rules. Canada has rules. Australia has rules. Japan has rules. South Korea has rules. America has none. → When the FDA says baby formula is “safe,” there is no rule behind that word. There is nothing to compare it to. This is not just one story. It is part of a bigger pattern: a sick care system that makes more money when babies and kids are sick — and a government that protects the companies, not the people. Follow @therealisticrn for REAL health news. Save this post. Send it to a parent. The news will move on. The truth will not. - - - - - - - - #InfantFormulaInvestigation #BabyFormula #SickCareSystem #nurse #RealHealthNews FoodSafety ChildHealth InvestigativeNursing

The FDA is not obligated to ensure that pet supplements are effective or even safe. This is a scary thing, folks. Manufacturers of human and/or animal dietary supplements do not have to provide FDA with evidence that their dietary supplements meet their marketing claims, are safe for consumption, or prove their quality. Per the FDA, dietary supplement manufacturers are not permitted to market knowingly unsafe or ineffective products, but this is not synonymous with meaning that the products are safe. I could go out tomorrow, collect Hugo's dehydrated dog droppings, grind them into a fine powder, encapsulate them, and sell them as Dr. Hammond's "All Natural Probiotics" (patton pending 😉). I would not be lying, and these would not be harmful to your pets, and so I could genuinely sell this to naive pet parents. This is why it is critical to purchase your supplements (for yourself and your pet) from a trusted source. The manufacturer should provide studies and quality control checks that prove their product meets their claims and that it is safe. When purchasing pet supplements, look for the National Animal Supplement Council seal on the package. The NASC Quality Seal identifies products from companies that are committed to quality, vigilance, and continuous improvement to promote the well-being of companion animals and horses. More information on this can be found at NASC.cc Additionally, you can go to ConsumerLab.com to evaluate supplements for pets and people. ConsumerLab has comprehensive articles and studies on hundreds of supplements explaining what works, what doesn’t work, and what risks, if any, are involved. Some pet supplement brands that I trust include Nutramaxx, Zesty Paws, Vetriscience, Bayer, and Vetnique. #thehonestvet #honestvetadvice #honestpetadvice #veterinarian #vetmed #vettech #vetnurse #veterinaria #veterinarymedicine #vetcare #petcare #dogtor #doctor #petsofinstagram #instapet #pethealth #dogsofinstagram #catsofinstagram #dogmom #catmom #doglover #reels #instagramreels #reelsofinstagram #supplements #fda #consumerlab #nasc #petsupplies #petsupplements

Expired meds: are they really “bad” the day after the date? 💊⏳ A 2023 medical review explains something most people don’t realize: expiration dates are the manufacturer’s guarantee of full potency up to that date—not a magic “it suddenly goes toxic” deadline. Many meds (especially tablets/capsules stored cool + dry) can stay stable beyond the printed date, sometimes for years. But—big caveat: this does not apply to everything. For anything life-saving or time-critical or used to treat infections (including antibiotics like doxycycline — a tetracycline-class antibiotic) (examples: insulin, epinephrine auto-injectors, nitroglycerin, antibiotics, liquids/eye drops, aspirin—can break down over time and be more irritating), don’t gamble—replace it. ✅ If you’re unsure, ask your pharmacist—storage + drug type matters a lot. In general, don’t take expired medications at all unless you’ve discussed it with your clinician or pharmacist. Disclaimer: Educational only, not medical advice. Don’t use expired meds for serious conditions or infections (including antibiotics like doxycycline — a tetracycline-class antibiotic) without guidance from your clinician/pharmacist. #pharmacist #thepharmacistbrand #wellness #fyp #wellnessjourney #holistichealth #stayhealthy #themoreyouknow #healthylifestyle #supplements #meds #medication #medicine #expirationdates #healthsafety #healthtips #share
