LIDo you need a simple, quick and effective way to reduce your fever?
Try this technique that 引火歸原 “brings warming energy home” by using garlic which is very warming on point Kidney 1 涌泉 Yong Quan, or “Bubbling Spring”. The Kidney system is our root of life, where the source of energy (Qi) enters the body. The garlic 🧄 works to bring the heat downwards, reducing the fever!
How to:
- Slice a few pieces of raw garlic and place in the center of the bandaid.
- Locate point KD-1 on the sole of the foot, in a slight depression created when the foot is pointed downward, about 1/3 of the distance between the tips of the toes and the heel. It may feel sore.
- Place garlic on the point. Do this on both feet simultaneously, or do one foot and then the other.
- Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
⚠️ * Caution - if you have sensitive skin, use a piece of a gauze between your skin and the garlic.
⚠️ * Caution - for kids, absolutely use gauze between their skin and the garlic. Try one side only and do it only for a few minutes. Not recommended for children under 5.
