Here is how you tell the muscles are actually coming in. 1• More veins popping up in your forearms and shoulders, even when you aren’t working out. 2• Tighter Waist. Your belt is on the same hole or tighter, but your shoulders feel snug in your shirt. 3• Muscles feel dense and full to the touch, not squishy or jiggly. 4• Strength Jump. You’re not just look better but you are legitimately getting stronger in the gym. 5• You have that shoulder Bump. One of my favorite shoulder supersets right here 🔥 Around the Worlds – 4 x 15: Targets the anterior (front) delts, lateral delts, and engages the upper chest and rotator stabilizers as the weight travels through a wide range of motion. The circular movement challenges shoulder control and stability the entire time. Straight into: Front Raises (straight bar) – 4 x 12: Really isolates the anterior deltoid, which is responsible for shoulder flexion and helps build strength and definition in the front of the shoulders. Putting these together as a superset keeps the shoulders under constant tension while hitting the delts from multiple angles and movement patterns. More time under tension + different stimulus = stronger, more developed shoulders. Try it at the end of your next upper body workout. Your shoulders will be on fire. #myfitnessjourney #weighttraining #igfitness #shoulders
