As a musician and grappler, forearm training was an absolute gamechanger for me. Comment GAINZ and I'll send you my full 12 week grip & forearm program for free 🫡 Yes, genetics play a role in how your forearms will look, just like any other muscle. And the extensors do tend to be more Type 1 fibre dominant, which may limit their growth somewhat. But if you want a strong grip, mobility though your elbows and wrists & to max out your forearm size for funsies, train them! Forearms and wrists were my biggest point of insecurity growing up. I have skinny wrists and had dainty forearm muscles. So I made it my mission to do everything I could to change it. Hope this helps you!
