I’ve been obsessed with the FORM app lately, so I had to share what a week’s worth of workouts looks like in their 6 Week Strength and Pilates program! It’s such a good balance of strength training, mat Pilates, and mobility sessions. Honestly, it pushed me to slow down, focus on form, and build strength in a new way. It was really out of my comfort zone to shift my training style that much, but I ended up loving it. I enjoyed the mix of controlled, mindful movement with heavier strength work. If you’re thinking about switching things up or want something that feels fresh but effective, I can’t recommend it enough.
