JUThe 260 pound mile with @goruck
Carry 260 pounds in any form for one mile as fast as you can.
I don’t recommend using two different poundage kettlebells, but I didn’t have the matching kettlebell to either one so I had to work with what was available
Master level: zero drops.
I am not even close to that as I took numerous breaks to give my back and forearms a rest, but as long as you cover a mile, that’s all that matters. Give it a try if this for some reason looks appealing to you
Who thinks they could do a 300lb mile?

You can distribute the weight however you want as long as it’s 200 pounds. I distributed it the following way:
100lb ruck
60 pound vest
40 pound sand ball
Try to beat my time of 35 minutes if you dare

GOA couple tips from Jason to make rucking more comfortable:
🎒 Rucking shouldn't be uncomfortable due to the gear you're wearing, so make sure you're positioning your ruck high and tight for better weight distribution.
🏃➡️ If you’re hunching over, it’s time to lighten your ruck. Focus on form first—you can always pick up the pace and add weight as your body gets stronger.
That'll help you go further and push harder.
