Peggiorano la presa e non ti salvano neanche dai calli.
 9️⃣ Bande elastiche
Poco sensate se il tuo obiettivo è mettere massa. 8️⃣ Arm blaster
Carino e utile in alcuni contesti, ma decisamente non fondamentale.
 7️⃣ Ginocchiere / gomitiere / polsini
Possono salvarti in caso di fastidi, ma per molti non sono indispensabili.
 6️⃣ Elastici
Ottimi per modificare il profilo di resistenza di vari esercizi come hack squat, spinte multipower ecc.. 5️⃣ Scarpe col tacco
Perfette se hai poca mobilità di caviglia e vuoi accosciarti bene.
