👇 Full stretching routine: This is the stretching routine I do before all my runs which takes around 5 mins: - Feed the chickens (hamstring sweeps) - Knee hugs - Open + close gates - Quad stretch - Tip toe walks - Heel walks - Legs swings (forward + sideways) - Buttkicks - High knees This makes sure to cover all the muscles that will be used during the runs to avoid tightness and risk of injury.
