Step 2 – Wall Kicks Now practice kicking up on the wall. Don’t jump hard — controlled kicks help you find balance. Step 3 – Reverse Wall Walk + Alternate Legs Walk your feet up the wall facing it. Slowly leave one leg at a time to learn control and confidence. Step 4 – Learn How to Fall Most people fear falling. Practice sideways cartwheel exit so you can safely come down anytime. Step 5 – Claw Grip Use your fingers like claws on the floor. This helps you balance and stop yourself from falling forward. Step 6 – Full Handstand Now kick up and hold.
