If you don't understand this today - AI is going to manipulate you, and you won't even realize it. AI-driven algorithms will guide your attention, and your emotions, because it understands your biology. In the NEAR future it will even manipulate you, with hyper precision, by learning from biofeedback from your wearables. There will effectively be no aspect of your life that is not influenced by AI. If you don't learn now, to think for yourself, and to challenge assumptions... you WILL be controlled. The irony is not lost on me, but comment "GPT" if you want access to my custom-built AI, to help you go from ZERO -> launching your business. My team and I worked hard on this... it's really good.

This is why RAM costs $900. Not because of gamers. Not because of casual laptop upgrades. But because artificial intelligence is consuming memory at a scale most people don’t realize. Every Al-generated video, hyper-realistic image, and large language model response runs on massive data center infrastructure powered by high-bandwidth memory (HBM) and advanced GPUs. Training modern Al systems requires thousands of chips working simultaneously, each loaded with premium memory modules that are far more expensive than traditional consumer RAM. The real pressure isn’t coming from your PC - it’s coming from hyperscale data centers racing to build Al clusters. Companies developing generative Al, video models, robotics systems, and enterprise automation tools are buying memory in bulk. Advanced Al hardware requires specialized memory like HBM3 and next-gen server-grade DRAM, which are costly to produce and limited in supply. When global tech giants compete for the same components, prices rise across the entire semiconductor supply chain, influencing everything from GPUs to enterprise servers. So when you see $900 memory kits or rising RAM prices, you’re seeing the ripple effect of the Al boom. Artificial intelligence infrastructure is reshaping the semiconductor market in real time. The Al arms race isn’t just about smarter models - it’s about who controls the hardware powering them. #AIRevolution #TechEconomy #Semiconductorlndustry #FutureOfAl

For years I thought something was “wrong” with me. The hyper-awareness. Reading every room instantly. Overanalyzing tone, facial expressions, energy shifts. Masking. Adapting. Surviving. What many people don’t realize is that severe, long-term trauma can shape the nervous system in ways that look very similar to high-masking autism traits. Things like: • constant hypervigilance • difficulty feeling safe around others • masking your true self to avoid rejection • overthinking every interaction • emotional shutdown or overwhelm When your nervous system has lived in survival mode for a long time, your brain learns to scan, adapt, and protect at all costs. Sometimes what people label as “too sensitive,” “too much,” or “socially different”… is actually a nervous system that had to become incredibly intelligent to survive. This is not a diagnosis. Just awareness, compassion and something many trauma survivors recognize in themselves. Healing starts when we stop blaming ourselves for adaptations that once kept us safe. 🤍 Follow for more✨ @charydah.rewrites @charydah.rewrites @charydah.rewrites

Artificial intelligence seems to be part of everyday conversations these days, especially as ChatGPT and hyper-realistic videos become more common. But the most powerful – and maybe scariest – versions of AI might be the ones you don’t even realize are pulling the strings in the background: Denying insurance claims, rejecting job applications, quietly changing prices based on your habits or predicting your behavior. The AJC's Mariana Castro explains how AI is already shaping our society in ways that are invisible, unregulated and deeply personal. 🎥: infiniteunreality/Instagram | johnridgeway/TikTok | chataidid/TikTok | mrdewdoeshistory/TikTok | surrealstorytime/TikTok | just.a.prompt/TikTok |do.it.with.ai/TikTok | Linelogic/TikTok | mkbhd/YouTube | ProPublica | Getty Images | Forbes | Securitytagstore.com | Live Science | Wired | Business Insider | The New York Times | CBS News Sources: United Nations University | The Surveillance Technology Oversight Project | Emory University | CBS News | Tableau

💭 Many people find it helpful to think of recovery as reassuring a scared little puppy inside your nervous system. 👇 This puppy is hyper-reactive. It's convinced something is terribly wrong. And it just needs reassurance that everything is going to be okay. But here's what most people don't realize. There are four specific areas where your brain and nervous system might be feeling unsafe. And most of us are only addressing one or two of them. In this episode, I walk you through all four areas, why you might have lost feelings of safety in each one, and simple tools you can start using immediately to restore it. The most important part? I show you how to do a quick self-assessment so you know exactly which area your nervous system feels the least safe in. So you're not guessing. You know where to focus. Comment '4 Areas' to watch the full episode. ⬇️ #MECFS #CFS #longcovid #postcovid #brainretraining #neuroplasticity #nervoussystemregulation #chronicfatigue #chronicillness #recoveryjourney #somatictracking #mindbodyhealing #healingjourney #recoveryispossible #cfsrecovery
