These are five rules of thumb I typically follow when writing yearning! ⭐️ He involuntarily notices things about her that she doesn’t tell him. There’s a scar on her hand? She limps when she walks? She flinches at touch? Make him adjust his behavior implicitly for her comfort without her telling him to. ⭐️ He helps her in ways that are practical, not just showy. Maybe he teaches her a new skill, brings her a book, gives her a history lesson. Something that is personal to THEM and THEIR STORY rather than “I’d die for you.” ⭐️ Helping goes both ways! Being a devoted and receptive listener is the number one sign that a man is down bad, and you’ll never have to say it outright. When she’s talking or teaching, he should be raptly attentive. ⭐️ The eyes never lie! When in doubt, go back to describing his body language or how he looks at her, especially if it’s at contrast with how he behaves with the rest of the world. ⭐️ He never actually admits to himself or SAYS that he’s pining. Instead, it’s his actions that speak for him. I make it a point to never plainly write out what a character is thinking because that cheapens the effect. Use of metaphors and action does wonders. And the moment he breaks should be physical, almost involuntary, which ramps up the pain factor! I hope this was helpful! Shumi, The one who holds my heart, believes in my audacious dreams, wills me on to pursue my greatness, the one who makes me laugh until my stomach hurts, the one who I trust implicitly, the one who makes the journey of life fulfilling and joyful, never having a bad word to say about anyone. My biscuit, my Oreo, my joy, my skeem for life. Wow…oftentimes I ask myself what did I ever do right in this lifetime to deserve the gift of your friendship and sisterhood. We have been through so much together in this life, we could actually write a book about it. You my darling friend, will be the leading star. Today on your 60th birthday gives me an opportunity to tell you just how amazing you are, how you are deeply loved and appreciated. May your latter years be more blessed than your former year. May goodness and mercy follow you all the days of your life. You are one special woman that I get to call my friend. Happy birthday my Oreo, happy birthday biscuit, @princessshumi I love you to the moon and back and beyond. Stay awesome my angel.♥️♥️♥️🎉🎉🎉🎁🎁🎁🎊🎊🎊

Nobody talks about this show anymore. And that is a mistake. 🐉👇 Before growth mindset became a buzzword in every classroom and parenting book, Dragon Tales was explicitly telling five year olds that mistakes are how we learn. Not implicitly through storyline. Out loud. Every single episode. In 1999. Here’s what that actually means developmentally. A child who internalizes that mistakes are part of the process rather than evidence of failure approaches challenges completely differently. They try harder things. They recover faster. They don’t shut down when something doesn’t go right the first time. That belief system built early becomes one of the strongest predictors of long term academic and emotional resilience. Dragon Tales wasn’t just entertaining your child. It was quietly laying the psychological foundation for how they would relate to failure for the rest of their life. That is what intentional content design looks like. And that is exactly what we look for at TVI Kids. The context is.. I have worked with Clara from @aspireaestheticsni as a Brand Ambassador since 2021. I take a trip over every couple of months for subtle tweakments..depending on what I’m thinking or a new treatment she has. I trust her implicitly..she always knows what to do to have the best effect with the least amount of intervention. A true professional. I prefer subtle, lifted and natural..honouring my natural shapes and features but totally up for the little bit of ‘scaffolding’ and support as I age. She knows exactly what to do at any given time. I had my second treatment of Juvlook, an incredible Korean skin booster for the under eye area. It stimulates your body to produce its own collagen and in the two months since my first treatment, the skin underneath my eye has become so much plumper, meaning less fine lines & shadowing. I was also complaining that I was developing lots of fine lines around my mouth & well, you see from my video what I think of that treatment. She’s so good! If subtle treatments by a medical professional are on this years bingo card, I wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️❤️ #aesthetics #skinbooster

‘River to the Sea’ for Islamist extremists means the elimination of Israel and its people. The Sydney Harbour Bridge protest also had ISIS and Hamas flags. These organisations want the elimination of Israel and Jewish people everywhere. Wake up if you have implicitly supported this. #bondi #bondibeach

Seven years of working alongside my Medicine Sister, @drkristifunk💓She’s a world-class surgeon, but it’s her empathy and compassion that truly set her apart. I trust her implicitly with my clients because I know they’ll be treated with the same heart she’s shown me year after year.

🎥 The “Your Phone vs. iPhone” campaign is a masterclass in aggressive, minimalist storytelling. These ads are designed to make you feel like your current device (implicitly Android) is a chaotic, cluttered workspace, while an iPhone is a zen-like, high-performance vault. Apple’s 2026 “Trolling” strategy focuses on four specific pillars: 1. Privacy: The “Personal Bodyguard” Apple avoids technical jargon like “end-to-end encryption” and instead uses visual metaphors for Tracking. • The Ad: One viral spot shows a person walking through a market. Every time they look at a product, a “tracker” (a person in a suit) pops out from behind a shelf and starts following them, taking notes on a clipboard. • The Troll: The person pulls out an iPhone, taps a button, and the trackers literally puff into a cloud of smoke. The tagline is: “Your phone shouldn’t sell you out. Privacy. That’s iPhone.” 2. Smoothness: The “Lag” vs. “Liquid” In the 2026 “Liquid Glass UI” ads, Apple targets the “micro-stutters” that can plague even powerful devices after a few years. • The Visual: They use a split-screen effect. On the left (“Your Phone”), a thumb scrolls through a list, and you see a tiny, jittery lag just enough to be annoying. On the right (“iPhone”), the scroll is so smooth it looks like water. • The Commentary: Apple frames this not as a “spec” but as “System Harmony.” They imply that because they make the chip (A19 Pro) and the software (iOS 26), the “handshake” between your finger and the screen is perfect. 3. Faster: The “A19 Pro” Efficiency Apple trolls the Android “Spec War” (like phones with 24GB of RAM) by making them look like gas-guzzling engines. • The Metaphor: An ad shows two runners. One is huge and muscular, carrying a massive backpack labeled “Extra RAM” and “Cooling Fans,” but he’s sweating and slow. The other is lean, wearing high-tech gear (the iPhone), and effortlessly sprints past him. • The Message: Speed isn’t about how much hardware you have; it’s about how smart the software uses it.

Emily Freeman and I have been friends for nearly 15 years. I liked her instantly, and over time grew to trust her wisdom implicitly. She also became an author during that time and I have read her entire catalog. I love the way she sees the world.  Next week her new book How to Walk Into a Room: The Art of Knowing When to Stay and When to Walk Away releases. Emily has helped me walk out of rooms more than once, but never more distinctly than when I left my job of ten years. Her wise, beautiful voice encouraged and spurred me on.  I encourage you to preorder this book because I know you’ll learn something from @emilypfreeman. It is a short, punchy book and chock full of wisdom. Plus, when you preorder before Tuesday you’ll get an exclusive free audio collection (Emily’s voice is so soothing!) and a 30-page workbook. Here’s the thing⬇️ I don’t actually know if healing your eyesight naturally is possible. I’ve never done it. In fact, every doctor I’ve ever spoken to about it has assured me it is absolutely not possible. Some of these are dear friends whom I implicitly trust. But the thing is: I’ve seen crazier things happen. I’ve witnessed women be given big scary diagnoses and labeled as “incurable” and seen with my very eyes those diagnoses reversed. So if it’s possible to heal my eyesight, I’m going to try. I won’t bet my life on it, and if it doesn’t happen—God is still good. But as someone who is reliant on a toxic prescription to go into my eyes daily to be able to see, I’d like to try 🙈 I started at a -7.5 prescription and I am down to a -4.75. Here are the concepts I keep in mind and the biggest non negotiable for me on this little journey — I know that all dis-ease can be traced back to cellular disfunction. We restore the cell, we restore the system. This is why when we view the body through the lens of metabolism and bio energetics, we can begin to see healing in places where we maybe didn’t think was possible. Our cells, specifically our mitochondria, are LIGHT adaptive. They are extremely sensitive to light environment — which is why my biggest non negotiable in this little experiment is ☀️morning and evening sunshine on my naked eyes daily☀️ This looks like taking my kids on a walk with my glasses on my head instead of over my eyes. Will this heal my eyesight? I don’t know. But I do know they I SEE exponentially better outside in the natural light than I do indoors—so intuitively it makes sense for me to be outside with my naked eyes. Anyways, if you are interested in following my journey, swipe left and give me a follow! If you’re interested in learning more about HOW I’m doing it, comment EYES and I’ll send you a page with some of the things I’ve found most important in my journey!
