You’re more likely to feel it in your quads if you do this exercise like the first video where I’m really bending my knee. Also, in the second video I’m almost weightless on my standing leg to concentrate all other focus on the kickback leg. This is made easier by my hips being higher so I can lean on the pad. Ensuite, l’extension de la hanche doit se faire en poussant le pied vers l’arrière sans tendre complètement la jambe, pour garder la tension sur les fessiers. Si la jambe est trop tendue ou si le mouvement est trop ample, l’effort se répartit mal et les fessiers sont moins bien activés et ça risque d’être inconfortable.
