Today aaa a quickie after I got done with client sessions GRAB A BELL and let’s go!! 16kg clean - press - 1/2 snatch - push press - jerk Transfer and repeat. I did transfer but cell died in middle so it looks like I started over again in the hike since spliced two videos. Pointers for your KB windmill 1️⃣Focus on the hips hinging in the same directions as the heels. 2️⃣Do not compensate with spinal flexion. Picture having a logo on your chest and keeping it visible to someone standing in front of you for the entirety of the movement. 3️⃣Keep a stiff rear leg and a slight bend in the front leg. 4️⃣Maintain a perfect stack in the overhead position (wrist over shoulder). 5️⃣Use the back side of the opposite arm against the leg to create tension and also help guide you to your end range. 6️⃣Keep your eyes on your bell.
