Хотя, камон, о каких жертвах может идти речь, если снимать говорящую голову для рилс? Очень вряд ли такие кадры вы будете в дальнейшем замедлять (если кто-то замедляет, напишите в комментарии, выдам медаль🥇) А так, в целом, лайфхак простой как два пальца, если разбираться в основных настройках камеры.
