Probably why it took so long to wake up. Had 6 x @precisionfandh gels (2 caffeine). 41km total this morning including WU/CD. Feeling strong. I felt pretty good during the first 10 km, okay from 10-20 km… and then I had a little Berlin Marathon dΓ©jΓ  vu 😭 It felt like all my energy suddenly disappeared πŸͺ«πŸ₯² I tried to keep going and turn it into a long training run, but it was still far from what I’d hoped for.
