Flutter kicks. The flutter kick exercise is great for your lower core, strength and stability. Start by lying on your back, keeping your legs straight slowly move your head and shoulders off the ground activating your abs. Then perform alternating little flutter kicks, keeping everything nice and stable and keeping your lower back in contact with the floor. If this is too hard, you can do it with slightly bent knees and then progress back to straight legs or flow between bent and straight legs to change up the difficulty. This is best done for reps of around 40 seconds or slow controlled reps of 45 seconds. This is a great charging exercise to build up your strength through those important core muscles to unload your lower back and keep it stable and strong.. . . .
