📌Save this, share it - you’re going to love it. 😍 At 53 - I want to take advantage of anything that makes me feel better! 💃 Moving the body feels so good. What a true privilege and gift this is! You need to try it. I am so obsessed with this lymphatic flow routine!!! This routine is a simple mobility and lymphatic flow sequence inspired by movements used in Tai Chi and Qigong. 👉🏻Do 1 minute each movement: 1. Hops 2. Body wave 3. Arm swings 4. Dead arms 5. Golf swings 6. March slap 7. Trunk twist 8. Windmill 9. Plié squats If you’re just starting out, you can just do 20 reps each move and you’ll be done in less than 5 min. That’s what I did and worked my way up to a minute for the full 9 minutes. ✨This can help reduce inflammation, stress and bloat; improve mobility, energy and circulation.✨ I’ve been doing this every morning about the last 3 weeks and I feel so energized. I noticed immediate improvement in how I feel and move. I want you to lift weights to be strong - but I also want you to be able to move well OUTSIDE the gym also. We want to live with vitality and strength. *NOTE: I have scoliosis and my spine is fused from T4-L4. I have rods on each side of my spine so I have limited mobility. If I look stiff, that’s why! But I move to the best of my ability. Try it and let me know what you think! Inspiration/credit: @tulumtrainer @fitwithhit @mikerholland . . . #fitover50 #lymphaticflow

51 years old, zero menopause symptoms. Here’s what I do every single morning. After my traumatic breakup, I was a mum of 4 carrying years of pain, anxiety, and armour around my heart. I hit rock bottom and knew I needed to shift that trapped energy OUT of my body. This 6 minute Kundalini morning routine became my lifeline. It regulated my nervous system. Released the stress I’d been carrying. Taught me to smile again. And now? I’m thriving through menopause - energised, balanced, and deeply in love with life. Here’s the practice (straight out of bed, before coffee): ✨ lymphatic hops (30s) - gets everything flowing ✨ kidney twists (1min) - detoxifies and energises ✨ opposite hand to knee (1min) - brain balancing ✨ jumping jacks (1min) - cardiovascular boost ✨ arm circles with gentle jog (1min) - opens the heart ✨ opposite hand to foot, legs wide (1min) - cleanse the energetic body ✨ deep breaths, hand to heart & belly (30s) - grounds you into your day The benefits for mums over 40: 💫 ✅ boosts natural energy without caffeine ✅ supports hormonal balance during perimenopause and menopause ✅ improves lymphatic flow and circulation ✅ regulates your nervous system ✅ increases stamina, flexibility and joy ✅ reduces stress, anxiety and brain fog ✅ helps with sleep quality and focus If you’re a busy mum feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost yourself - your body is waiting to heal you. Six minutes. That’s all it takes. Practice this daily and watch your energy, mood, and vitality transform naturally. Your body is wise. Trust it. Move it. Love it. 💗 Have you tried Kundalini yoga before ? Drop a 🙌🏼 if you’re going to try this tomorrow morning ! #yogaformums #menopausesupport #kundaliniyoga #over40fitness #nervoussystemhealing

I tried this viral routine a while back and loved it so much, I knew I had to share it with my mom 💛 Mom is 86 and I am 64 and here’s what we love about it….. It’s a gentle, rhythmic, mind-body style routine that focuses on circulation, mobility, balance, and nervous system regulation — and honestly, it just feels good. 👉 Quick note: this routine usually starts with small hops to help stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow. We didn’t leave them out on purpose — we simply forgot 😅 And that’s a good reminder that movement doesn’t have to be perfect to be effective. What I love about this routine: • It wakes up the spine and joints • Encourages natural, fluid movement • Supports balance, posture, and coordination • Gets the body moving without stress or strain • Can be done at any age (mom is 86 I am 64) — and modified easily We did each move for about 30 seconds and focused on staying relaxed, breathing, and enjoying the movement together. It doesn’t have to be perfect. This was our version — and it was absolutely worth showing up for. If this inspires you, do your version today. Thanks @mikerholland for the inspo 💫

Trying to lose weight?Start here ⬇️ Your lymphatic system plays an important role in circulation, detoxification, and overall body function — but unlike your heart, it doesn’t have a pump. It relies on movement. Simple movements like these are great for: • supporting lymphatic drainage • improving circulation and reduce puffiness • reducing stiffness after long hours of sitting • gently waking up your body in the morning For real results, combine movement like this with strength training and a high-protein calorie-deficit lifestyle and you’ll start noticing a real difference in how your body feels and moves. ✨ 4-Min Morning Foot Routine That Changed My Lipedema Legs ✨ The day I heard “You have lipedema”, I felt abandoned. No roadmap. No real solutions. Just “manage it.” But swelling doesn’t wait. Pain doesn’t wait. And neither should you. That’s when I decided to take control—one small, strategic step at a time. 🦵✨ This simple 4-minute foot routine became my secret weapon for lipedema circulation and lymphatic flow. Gentle heel raises. Zero equipment. Done first thing in the morning. Within two weeks, my legs felt lighter, less inflamed, and finally… alive again. 🌿 This isn’t random movement—this is intentional lymph support. Here’s exactly what I do (and what I teach my community ⬇️): • Classic heel raises to wake up the lymph pump • Alternating heel lifts for balance + flow • Heels outward to target stubborn swelling • Heels inward to activate deep circulation Simple. Effective. Lipedema-friendly. 💥 But let me be clear—lipedema relief doesn’t come from one trick. It comes from consistency + the right system. That’s why I created my Starter’s Blueprint: a 31-day lipedema plan covering food, movement, compression, hydration, and daily habits. No guessing. No overwhelm. And I walk with you every step of the way. 💕 Imagine waking up with less pain… less heaviness… and legs that finally respond to you instead of fighting you. That’s what happens when you stop collecting tips and start following a proven path. The solution to lipedema exists—and you don’t have to do it alone. 🤍 👉 Write START and I’ll personally guide you into your first real step toward lipedema relief. Ending the year with some of your favourite content from 2025 🥹✨🫶 If you want a simple technique to bring on a sense of calm - this nose massage is going to be your new best friend 👯 I know this looks crazy, but trust me, the muscles around the nose hold more tension than we realise - especially if you’ve been clenching, shallow breathing or pushing through stress. This gentle massage encourages deeper, more relaxed breathing, supports lymphatic flow, helps soften unconscious tension in the face, invites your body to shift into rest + digest mode (aka the parasympathetic state) and it can even release emotions linked to resistance, grief or overwhelm. Try it with no product on your skin and experiment with closing your eyes for even more relaxation. You’ll be surprised at the amount of tension here, but even more so at how grounded you feel afterward 🫶 ✨ WANT MORE? Comment ‘START’ to access 100+ videos free on a 7 day trial. ✨ INTRIGUED? Lymphatic changes in Lipedema don’t happen all at once, but they do progress. In early stages, lymph flow is slowed but still functional. Fluid shifts, heaviness shows up by the end of the day, and the system is stressed, not broken. As Lipedema advances, congestion becomes more persistent. Drainage efficiency drops. Fluid lingers longer in the tissue, inflammation rises, and the lymphatic system has to work harder just to keep up. In later stages, lymph transport can become impaired or overwhelmed. Fibrosis, mechanical compression, and protein rich fluid make movement harder, swelling more constant, and recovery slower. But please hear me when I say this… 🙏🙏🙏 Later stage does not mean having no hope, but it does mean the degree of care has to change and can be intense. The good news is, the lymphatic system IS capable of repair when we begin to lower inflammation, improve lymphatic flow and manually drain the fluid. Lipedema is already a major struggle for many of us when it comes to self confidence, but I’ve learned that focusing on a healthy lymphatic system in One of the most important things we can do to support a healthy lymphatic system is make sure our key drainage points are open and supported. If those areas are congested, fluid continues to build no matter how much movement you do. My free drainage guide walks you through this process! Comment “DRAINAGE” and I’ll send it to you! 😍😍 If you’re ready for a complete Lipedema approach that respects your stage, your mobility, and your nervous system, my Lipedema Workout Blueprint was built for exactly that. Comment “BLUEPRINT” and I’ll send it your way. ❤️‍🩹 #lipedema #lipedemaawareness #lipedemafighter #lipedemawarrior #lymphaticdrainage

Rare Offering ✨ I’m sharing a free 24-minute class on nasolabial folds when you comment FREE below. (If you’re already a Skin Within Studio member, this class was added to the library just a few hours ago.) The quick demo you’re seeing here includes many of the same movements we explore more fully in the class. One important thing to remember: Don’t try to erase nasolabial folds. That approach leads nowhere. Instead, learn to observe what’s happening around them. Nasolabial folds are a signal that the structures above the fold need support: muscle tone, bone stimulation, lymphatic flow, and nervous system balance. When you stop chasing the line and start supporting the framework, the face responds differently. Over time, you’ll notice more lift, steadiness, and overall facial harmony. This is a comprehensive, structural approach. There is no quick fix, and no single exercise that will naturally erase folds. Softening nasolabial folds requires layering: - releasing the downward pull of the jawline - lifting and strengthening the cheek muscles - easing tension around the nose - releasing adhesions inside the mouth - draining fluid retention - lifting the scalp and fascia that support the entire face When these systems are addressed together, the folds don’t need to be “fixed.” They begin to soften as the face regains balance, support, and flow. Lastly, energy matters. If you feel energetically heavy, the face often reflects that. Soothing, intentional rituals like this don’t just create physical change, they help shift the nervous system into a lighter, calmer state, allowing the face to look and feel more lifted. Inside Skin Within Studio, we practice these techniques together - not as a quick fix, but as a consistent ritual that supports the face from the inside out. If you’re ready to work with your facial structure instead of against it, you’ll feel at home here. ✨ Link in bio to join the Skin Within Studio #beautyshamans #faceyoga #nasolabialfolds #tutorial

Tonight’s 5-minute gua sha reset — because your face holds the whole day. I do this in the evening to unclench everything: forehead, eye area, brows, jaw, temples, cheeks, neck — a full-face reset. Repeat each movement 5–7 times, slowly. Why it’s worth the habit: • It helps release tension (jaw, brows, that “stuck” forehead feeling). • It supports lymphatic flow, so under-eyes and overall puffiness can look softer by morning. • It encourages circulation, which is why skin often looks a little more “awake” after. • It teaches you where you carry stress — and how to let it go on purpose. Tiny fun fact: gua sha started as a traditional Chinese technique used on the body, and the name literally refers to “scraping” — but facial gua sha is a gentler, more refined version. Use it on clean skin with a few drops of oil so it glides — no dragging. Save and repeat.
