One of my favourite machines in the gym the hack squad machine the reason why I like this as compared to the conventional squat is that is more stability for the back on this machine considering the angle of this machine and the range of motion is way more better you can push more weight on this particular machine because the lower body and the upper body have enough stability And the angle is good as I mention earlier so yes I prefer this. Bodybuilding legend Tom Platz has dubbed the hack squat the best quad builder.
