Dorian was right when he said the pullover machine is one of the BEST exercises for pure lat growth and isolation. BUT No gym has them. Like, anywhere. So don't do pullovers or standing straight arm pulldowns instead. Do straight arm pulldowns - on an INCLINE BENCH. You're not limited by your abs like standing SA pulldowns and you're able to get tension throughout the ROM unlike with DB pullovers. LIKE + FOLLOW for more 💪
