HOW TO USE THE HACK SQUAT MACHINE 💪🏼🤓 Please comment/save/share if this was helpful.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 The hack squat is a pretty intimidating piece of equipment…however please don’t be afraid to try it out. Take your time to work it out…never feel silly or rushed. I still take my time to figure out new machine or change settings on them. 🙏🏼❤️ There are a few different types of hack squat machines but they will be pretty similar in how to use. ✨Load weight to the sides. If you are new I highly recommend to start off with no weight first so you can get a feel for the machine on its own. ✨Hop on in. Lay down with your shoulders under the pads and your back flush against the machine. ✨Push your body up and pull the handles in toward you to unlock it. ✨Find your foot positioning. Approx shoulder width or slightly outside and feet midway on the platform. ✨Lower down into a squat. Make sure you are reaching a good depth and then stand back up to the start. ✨Push the handles out to rerack on the hooks. That’s it.👌🏼 I hope this video was helpful!
