When you start to realise… As I’ve gotten older, my relationship with training has changed. I used to train mainly for aesthetics — more muscle, better shape, a “stronger look.” The gym was about how I appeared, not how I felt. Then I found calisthenics, and later yoga, and everything slowly shifted. Now I train to feel good in my body. I train for longevity, resilience, and ease of movement. I want to move with calm, stay connected to myself, and feel energized in my everyday life. I’m no longer chasing a look. I’m exploring what my body is capable of, nurturing it, and helping it age well. Movement isn’t just something I do — it’s how I live.
