White chocolate strawberry muffins 🍓🧁 Ingredients 2 1/2 (315g) cups all purpose flour 2 tsp (8g) baking powder 1/2 tsp (3.5g) baking soda 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar 2 eggs , room temp 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter , melted 2 tbsp neutral oil 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, diced 1 tbsp (13g) vanilla bean paste 1 cup (240g) butter milk 1/4 cup (60g) sour cream 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips Pinch of salt Method: Preheat the oven to 425°F . Prepare the baking tin by lining or greasing it. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, oil and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and whisk for 2-3 minutes or until pale in color. Add the milk mixture, vanilla extract, sour cream. Mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the dry mixture to coat the strawberries. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Toss the strawberries in the reserved 2 tablespoons of dry mixture. Add the strawberries to the batter along with white chocolate chips . Do not overmix the batter. Let the batter sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Do not mix the batter again. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 5 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 375°F without opening the oven door. Continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. #strawberry #muffins #recipe

I hope it does the same for you when you try out this recipe ✨ Ingredients- 120g caster sugar 100g butter 50g yogurt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 200g flour 1.5 teaspoon baking powder 120ml milk 100g chocolate chips Procedure- 1. Whisk together the caster sugar, melted butter and yogurt. 2. Stir in the vanilla extract and egg and whisk until combined. 3. Sift in the flour and baking powder, and fold alternating with milk. 4. Fold in the chocolate chips. 5. Transfer into muffin liners and top with more chocolate chips. 6. When #croissants meet #muffins, something delicious happens 🤤 Save the recipe to make a tasty treat everyone will love ❤️ 👉INGREDIENTS 50g (1/4 cup) of butter (softened) 400g (3 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour 80g (1/3 cup) of granulated sugar 1 egg 140ml (1/2 cup) of milk 50ml (1/4 cup) of water 3g dry yeast A pinch of salt 100g (1/2 cup) of softened butter (for the layers) Powdered sugar (for dusting) 👉METHOD 1. Add warm water, milk, sugar, and yeast to the bowl. Then mix in eggs, add in the flour and salt. 2. Start mixing and during the process add softened butter, continue until the dough starts to come together and become elastic. Once the dough is smooth and well combined cover it and let it rest for about 3 hours, or until it has doubled in size. 3, Once the dough has risen, remove it from the bowl and divide it into 6 equal pieces using a dough scraper or knife. 4. Take one piece of dough at a time and roll it out on a floured surface using a rolling pin. Roll it and spread a thin layer of softened butter over the dough. Roll the dough up tightly from the short side to form a cylinder. Repeat the process with the remaining dough pieces, creating a total of 6 buttered rolls. 5. Take each roll and cut it in half lengthwise. Then, roll the two halves around each other, keeping the buttered layers facing outward. Shape each piece into a spiral and place them into the well of a greased muffin tin. Repeat this with the remaining dough rolls. 6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cruffins for about 40 minutes until golden brown. 7. Warm the milk and whisk in the cocoa powder until smooth and lump-free. 2. Add oil, sugar and yogurt to the bloomed cocoa mixture. Whisk well until everything is combined. 3.Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Fold gently with a spatula. Do not overmix. 4. Scoop the batter into muffin liners, filling them about three-quarters full. Add dark and milk chocolate chunks on the top. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 mins. The perfect treat to make for a loved one, friends, or simply for yourself ❤️⁠ ⁠ For the wet ingredients:⁠ - 3 bananas, ripe & mashed⁠ - 3 eggs⁠ - 1/3 cup maple syrup⁠ - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil ⁠ - 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁠ ⁠ For the dry ingredients:⁠ - 1 cup (100g) almond meal⁠ - 1 cup (120g) spelt flour, or gluten-free flour ⁠ - 1 tsp cinnamon⁠ - 2 tsp baking powder⁠ - 1 cup (150g) dark choc chips ⁠ - 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen ⁠ ⁠ Method:⁠ Preheat the oven to 160°C or 320°F. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with muffin liners. ⁠ ⁠ In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. ⁠ ⁠ In another large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond meal, spelt flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Pour in the wet ingredients and gently fold until combined. Sprinkle in the chocolate chips and fold again. ⁠ ⁠ Spoon ⅓ of the batter into the muffin cups. Sprinkle ½ of the raspberries on top, gently pressing them into the batter. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 24-cup mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar and cinnamon. Reserve 2 tablespoons for tossing the cruffins in after they bake. 3. On a lightly floured or parchment-lined work surface, roll out each crescent dough sheet so that the perforated lines blend together and it measures about 15 x 8 inches. Spread half of the softened butter onto each sheet of crescent dough. Sprinkle each sheet evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. 4. After spending 6 months testing and perfecting my muffin recipes, I’ve created 4 tips that will level up just about any muffin recipe! 1. The rest period. Let your batter rest for 15 minutes before you scoop it into your muffin pan. This allows the starch molecules in your batter to swell and absorb, creating a thicker batter, that will then bake into a tall, bakery-style dome! 2. Overfill your muffin liners. If you’re anything like me, you were taught growing up to only fill your liners 3/4 of the way full. That’s not how we do things around here!! I fill my muffin liners with 6-8 heaping tablespoons of batter! This will give you that signature Beth-style superdome! 3. Only bake 6 muffin at a time. If you’re using a standard 12 muffin tin, fill every other well to give the muffins room to spread and dome without running into their neighbors. This gives you that beautiful round top instead of square edges! 4. Jumpstart your baking with a high heat. Start baking your muffins at 425°F for the first 7 minutes of your bake time, then decrease the temp to 350°F for the remaining bake time. They're filled with rich chocolate chips and you won’t be able to get enough of them ❤️❤️ Welcome to Episode 12 of ✨ #BasiccookingwithSaloni ✨ where I take you on a journey of cooking basic essential recipes with me ☺️ Here’s how you make these fluffy muffins at home ☺️ Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour/ Atta - 1/2 Cup/ 70g Refined Flour/ Maida - 3/4th Cup/ 120g Curd - 5 Tbsps/ 75g Oil - 5 Tbsps/ 75g Sugar - 1/2 Cup/ 120g Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder - 1 Tsp Salt - 1/4th Tsp Chocolate Callets - 1/2 Cup/ 100g Vinegar - 1 Tsp Milk - 3/4th Cup/ 180g Vanilla - 1/2 Tsp Process : * Pre-heat the oven at 180C * Start by mixing vinegar & milk together - allow it to rest for 5 mins * Meanwhile, add sugar, vanilla essence & oil to a mixing bowl & whisk it well * Next, add in the curd along with the milk & vinegar mixture (buttermilk) - give it all a good mix * Sift in the dry ingredients into the wet mix in 2-3 parts * Gently mix the batter using the cut & fold motion until it’s smooth & lump-free - do not over mix the batter * Sprinkle some dry flour over the chocolate chips to coat them well & add them to the batter - gently incorporate the chocolate chips * Transfer the batter to a lined muffin tray & bake these in a pre-heated 180C for 18 mins/ until a skewer inserted comes out clean * Allow the muffins to cool down completely * Serve alongside some hot tea or coffee & enjoy 🍫🧁 Happy Baking ♥️ #muffin #chocolate #chocolatechip #chocochip #baking #baker #explore #wholewheat #atta #muffins #breakfast
