It usually forms when a bullish Fair Value Gap (FVG) overlaps with a bearish Fair Value Gap. This overlap creates a balanced zone where buyers and sellers are both active, and price often reacts strongly from this area. In simple terms: FVG = Imbalance Overlapping FVGs = Balance That balanced zone = BPR This area becomes a high-probability reaction zone for price. How Balance Price Range Forms BPR forms when the market creates two opposite imbalances. Step-by-step formation Market creates a Bullish FVG during an impulsive move up. Later price moves down strongly and forms a Bearish FVG. These two FVGs overlap. The overlapping area becomes the Balance Price Range (BPR). This zone shows that the market temporarily found equilibrium between buyers and sellers.
