How to do it right: 1️⃣ Seat height Adjust the seat so the handles are at mid-chest level. 2️⃣ Back & posture Sit tall, chest up, shoulders pulled back. Do not round your back. 3️⃣ Grip & elbow position Hold the handles with a slight bend in your elbows. Do NOT lock or flare your arms. 4️⃣ Movement Bring the handles together slowly until they meet in front of your chest.
