What these signs could actually mean: Burning sensation Often comes from irritated or overworked nerves. Common in people who sit for long hours, have spinal stiffness, or poor weight distribution. Tingling That “pins and needles” feeling? Usually happens when a nerve is compressed or irritated—often due to posture, repetitive strain, or lack of movement. Numbness Reduced sensation is never something to ignore. It can mean decreased nerve input or blood flow—especially important if it keeps coming back or spreads. Yellow nails Not always just cosmetic. Can be linked to poor circulation, long-term tissue stress, or even fungal involvement when blood flow isn’t optimal. Swelling / heaviness That tired, heavy feeling in your feet? Often due to poor circulation or lymphatic drainage—seen after long standing, travel, or low activity levels. Strange nerve sensations Sharp, electric, or crawling feelings aren’t muscle problems. They usually point towards nerve sensitivity or tension.
