I’ve seen so much variation and modification of the EFT tapping sequence- away from the original method created by Gary Craig. I like to run through each point in the sequence to explain the purpose and function of each. The original EFT method was found to be so effective, best not to modify it or water it down. :) Please check out my other videos- where I break down each point in further detail.

If it doesn’t feel right or true to say love, you can change the Tapping Scripts to something like.. “I’m moving towards being kinder to myself” Copy the tapping points and repeat what I say. Save this for later too so you can repeat this when you need it ✨💜🫶 Tapping relaxes the nervous system and can help with negative thoughts and patterns. It’s a cognitive and somatic therapy based using a combination of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Accupuncture meridians and energy points 🙏🏻💜 I’ve been a multi skilled healing therapist and coach for over 20 years, and EFT is right at the top of my healing tool kit that I use daily for myself and with all my clients too✨ You can use EFT with adults and kids and I work with both in groups, healing events and for one to one bespoke sessions ✨ EFT tapping can change the energy in your body and change your thoughts and beliefs when working with an advanced eft practitioner like myself. EFT is a somatic and cognitive therapy and studies have shown that regular Tapping can help reduce stress by 43% Trust that the universe is working for you and not against you.
