3 Strength Exercises! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ With an easier & harder option. 1- Easier - straddle the legs & skate the feet around the base of the pole or slightly lift them off Harder - Pulls ups & lowers around pole (Pole is on spin for both options) 2- Easier - bend outside leg and straighten inside Harder - Bend both legs for a full crunch (Pole is on static for both options ) 3- Easier - go to a seat pull down with the arms and straddle the legs stay in one place Harder - seated position lift the arms slightly higher & pull up to regrip the legs. Repeat.
