Recipe 👨‍🍳⤵️ Healthy Post-Workout Bowl 🥗 So simple, but insanely healthy and delicious. 1. Preheat the oven. 2. Chop a carrot and a sweet potato. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper and spread on a baking tray. Roast until golden brown. (If you like, you can also add some cherry tomatoes to the tray.) 3. Chop some broccoli, boil it briefly in water, then sauté it in a pan with a little butter until golden brown. 4. Pan-fry the salmon on the skin side first with a little butter or oil. Season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon. 5. Wash some salad and place it in your bowl as the base. 6. Remove the salmon skin from the bottom and add the salmon to the bowl. 7. Take the roasted carrot, sweet potato (and cherry tomatoes if you added them) out of the oven and add them on top. 8. Add half an avocado. 9. Finish with a creamy cheese of your choice (burrata, ricotta or stracciatella), some pomegranate seeds and a drizzle of honey. Et voilà 👨‍🍳 . #athlete #recipe #bowl #postworkout #nutrition

Je proeft het totaal niet. Het is enkel voor de hoge bron aan eiwitten dat ik het hier gebruik.🤗☺️💛 Voor 5 stuks: •50 g havervlokken •3 eieren •200 g cottage cheese •bakspray of olie om te bakken Toppings naar keuze: fruit, agavesiroop Doe de ingrediënten in een blender en blend tot een beslag. Verhit een beetje bakspray of olie in een wafelijzer en schep wat van het beslag (1,5 ijsschep = 1 wafel). Laat goudbruin bakken gedurende +- 2,5 minuten.
