Morning routine made simple.. You see all these 10-30 step morning routines and that’s all great, I used to do that too.. but in reality if you want your routine to be consistent and functional it needs to be simple. Here’s mine: Wake up: I usually wake up anywhere between 7-8. I prioritize 8 hours every night and I’m usually up until 11-12am. There are some nights I’m up later so the morning also starts a bit later. I currently work for myself so sleep is always #1 unless something is urgent. Workout: This is a non-negotiable for me. Each day starts with a workout that lasts 45-90 minutes depending on the day, and if it’s a rest day I still get 6-10k steps in. Shower: This sets the tone for the day. When you feel fresh, you look fresh, and when you look fresh your performance and attitude is fresh. Work: If you’re new here most of my work is done for the brands I’m partnered with, and I also coach 1:1 fitness clients. This usually takes up roughly 6-10 hours a day depending on what I have going on. All that aside, my routine is the same every single day unless I need to do something out of the ordinary.
