Ici, je recrée volontairement une mise en tension du plan ligamentaire externe : 👉 un élastique ramène la cheville en inversion (mécanisme proche de l’entorse latérale) 👉 activation du long fléchisseur de l’hallux avec un élastique sous le gros orteil 👉 travail en appui unipodal L’objectif n’est pas juste “tenir en équilibre”. L’objectif est de mettre le système en contrainte contrôlée et spécifique. Avec une perturbation externe bien orientée : • on stimule les mécanorécepteurs • on améliore la réactivité neuromusculaire • on renforce la stabilité active pied-cheville-genou • on travaille la coordination en chaîne fermée Pertinent : ✔️ après entorse de cheville ✔️ dans les syndromes fémoro-patellaires ✔️ dans certaines douleurs de jambe type périostite ✔️ en prévention des récidives Je ne travaille pas sur sol instable “pour faire instable”, sauf si le sport le nécessite. Ce qui compte, c’est la spécificité de la contrainte.
