✅ Como fazer corretamente Pulldown Se você sente o tríceps “roubando” no pulldown, provavelmente o problema está no seu formato de execução. E com pequenos ajustes, a ativação volta pro lugar certo: latíssimo do dorso (dorsal)! ❌ ERROS COMUNS: - Braços completamente estendidos. - Puxar a corda dobrando o braço. - Puxar com as mãos, em vez de conduzir com os cotovelos. - Tronco completamente ereto ou em balanço - Base instável no chão. — Direcionar a corda para baixo (como se fosse treino de tríceps). ✅COMO CORRIGIR E DIRECIONAR O FOCO PARA A DORSAL: - Mantenha os cotovelos LEVEMENTE flexionados durante a execução. — Incline um pouco o tronco para frente e mantenha ele firme. — Se afaste da polia e flexione levemente seus joelhos (para aumentar a estabilidade). - Imagine que você está puxando o cotovelo lá pra trás, como se fosse jogar ele no bolso. — Leve a corda em direção ao seu quadril. - Deixa o movimento acontecer com o braço na frente do corpo (não jogue para trás demais). - Foque na dorsal alongando e contraindo, não no braço empurrando! - Busque fazer o movimento com seu cotovelo, não com a força das suas mãos. ✅Esse exercício é uma variação excelente para isolar a dorsal — mas só se o movimento for bem executado! 🎯Porque não é só fazer... é fazer do jeito certo! #pulldown #academia #dicadeouro #dicadeouro
