This allows you to effectively load the legs at the start of the workout when you have the most energy and attention to detail. I then like to follow it up with a series of unilateral leg exercises in order to improve stability and any imbalances. Just 4 exercises, only took me about 40 mins 🧭 1️⃣ Hack Squat: 2 sets x 8 2️⃣ Dumbbell RDL: 2 sets x 10 3️⃣ Dumbbell Step-Up: 2 sets x 10 (per leg) 4️⃣ Leg Press Toe-Press: 2 sets x 12 This is clearly a lower volume workout, but you can offset the low volume by pushing each and every set very hard. All of my sets were within 0-1 reps of failure (RPE 9-10). Also, if you’re interested in hearing more about minimalistic training, I recently posted a podcast with one of the best experts in the game @dr__pak pak on my podcast (@thejeffnippardpodcast)🎙️ Even if you don’t want to train low volume all the time (I don’t) there are still GOING TO BE TIMES when you need to apply it. #minimalism #fastandeffective
