Sydney’s been freezing lately 🥶 and honestly what’s better than a hot bowl of Japanese ramen on a cold day?
We dropped by Ippudo to fuel up on our soup cravings and this ramen was exactly what I needed 🍜❄️
Their tonkotsu broth was rich and creamy, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the toppings were all on point 👌
We also tried their chicken katsu curry - super crispy and rich😌💛
The place was buzzing, but service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere made it easy to warm up and chill out 🧡

I walked past this ramen place in qv and decided to check it out
the interior is quite nice and clean with dim lighting that creates a nice and relaxing mood; they also have a nice selection of ramen and sides as well
from their menu, i tried the veggie soba which has a clean but rich broth. it’s noodles were perfectly cooked in my opinion hehe 👀 and it was a perfect serving to fill myself up
