Problem is, one of the best movements for growing that muscle (the reverse curl) kinda blows because of the grip being a limiting factor. The best solution is to use a cable cuff but, if that’s not available l’d say the leaning cable reverse curl is prolly the best reverse curl variation using a straight bar. #fitness #gym
