• How to use:
• Swish in mouth for 30 seconds, spit out. Do not swallow.

2. Parasite Detox Bath
• Use: Absorbs through skin and supports overall detox.
• How to make:
• Add ½ to 1 cup of 6% H2O2 to a full warm bath.
• How to use:
• Soak for 20–30 minutes, 2–3x per week.
• Great to combine with Epsom salts or bentonite clay.
3. Internal Use (ONLY With Proper Dilution + Caution)
Beginner Oral Drops Protocol (based on Dr. William Douglass’s method, adapted for 6% H2O2):
How to dilute 6% down to 3%:

Daily Drops Schedule (from 3% solution):
Day Drops in Water (3x/day)

• Then taper down by 1 drop/day.

• You can rest for a week and repeat a lighter round as needed.
