This is because they add a tremendous gains to your overall athletic performance and are relatively easy to perform no matter what equipment you have access to. By engaging in movements like hops, bounds, jumps etcโ€ฆyouโ€™ll improve your bodyโ€™s ability to handle force efficiently. This is extremely important for not only runners but all athletes. Here how to perform these movementsโฌ‡๏ธ 1. Split Jumps | 2 sets x 4-6 reps 2. Sprinter Hip Thrust | 2 sets x 5 reps each side 3. MB Drop Lunge | 2 sets x 4 reps each side 4. MB Split Pogos | 2 sets x 10-12 reps each side 5. MB Reactive Throw | 2 sets x 4-6 reps 6. Sprinters Jump Lunge | 2 sets x 4-6 reps each side 7. Barbell Bounces | 2 sets x 8-12 reps 8.
