Hands up who loves training shoulders! 😇 There’s actually 3 main muscles in our shoulder: 1. Anterior (front) 2. Lateral (side) 3. Posterior (back) So if you want to create that rounded, popping shoulder look (and build some seriously strong shoulders in the process!), here’s how to make sure you’re hitting all three muscles … FRONT DELTS: generally anything the involves raising your arm forward (note chest presses are great for this too!) SIDE DELTS: naturally, we want our shoulder to move sideways and more outwards here. Lateral raises are an incredible isolation exercise here, while your overhead press is another extremely effective option REAR DELTS: never forget these … (especially if you’re hunched over desk a lot!) They’re actually heaps fun to train! Target with reverse flyes, face pulls, or a wide grip row will also do the job! Personally I LOVE training my shoulders, so give some of these a try and find your favourite moves. Enjoy 💕 #gym #femalefitness #fitnessmotivation #strongnotskinny #liftweight
