AT1 - I still don’t think I’ve found ‘my style’. At all.
There’s sooo many different ways to make jewellery/skills to master and because I’m still learning I want to try them all! And that’s impacting my ability to hone in on a specific look for my brand. But that’s okay! I’m having so much fun in the process ⛓️
2 - I’m still not even close to making a living off of this.
Making solid gold and silver jewellery means materials are $$$$$$$. Basically any time I make a sale most of the profits go straight back into buying more materials so I can make more cool stuff!
3 - I fought against the pressure to make content for so long because I absolutely despised doing it (still kinda do), but after making a bit of an effort I’ve noticed it actually does help (went from slowly creeping up to 2k followers over 6 years to getting over 500 in the last month from 1 reel) 🫠
4 - Doing markets can sometimes be so rough, sometimes so rewarding. And for me it still heavily fluctuates between these two outcomes. Sometimes people come up and say the prices are ridiculous, other times you get absolute legends that adore your work and understand the value 🫶🏼
And just so ya know - this isn’t me tryna create a pity party, more just an acknowledgment that it’s all part of the journey and this is where I’m currently at for anyone curious 💛
