How to study 12 hours daily as a lazy student 12 hrs study is not easy but I’m giving you a routine that will change your life. 8:00am : wake up 8:00 to 9:00 : shower + exercise + breakfast 9:00 to 12:00 : study 1 12:00 to 2:00 : lunch and nap 2:00 to 6:00 : study 2 6:00 to 8:00 : scroll, friends, evening walk, dinner 8:00 to 11:00 : study 3 11:00 to 11:30 : break 11:30 to 1:30 : study 4 1:45 : sleep This routine is best for lazy students because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session. Tips: 1. When you start your study session, make sure you completely avoid cozy areas and your mobile phones. 2. Natural light is very important, so try to study in natural light. 3. When you take 2 hrs of break, you can sleep for some time to relax your mind. 4. You can also take a break for 2 to 5 minutes in between study sessions. 5. To make these long study hours easier, I use Oreate AI to turn my lectures into podcasts and flashcards, summarize notes instantly, and generate study outlines — so I spend more time focusing and less time organizing. 6. Constantly think about your goals.

Save these for later 💫 Struggling to stay awake while studying? These 5 science-backed strategies will help you study effectively even when you’re exhausted: Tip 1: Caffeine-Nap Trick A cup of coffee or tea followed by a 15-minute power nap will help you wake up feeling more alert. Tip 2: Five-Minute Rule Convince yourself to study for just five minutes. Once you start, you’ll likely find it easier to keep going. Tip 3: Active Recall > Rereading Passive studying won’t work when you’re tired. Instead of reading your notes again, use flashcards, try testing yourself, or explain concepts out loud. Tip 4: Switch Up Your Environment A small change—like moving to a different room or sitting by a window—can help reset your focus and improve concentration. Tip 5: Low-Effort Learning If reading feels impossible, let the information come to you. Listen to an audio summary or watch an educational video. Even a little studying is better than none, so don’t be too hard on yourself. Prioritize rest and take care of yourself! I used to think getting an A+ meant forcing myself to study for hours 📚 Sitting there, fighting distractions, blaming myself every time I reached for my phone… 📱 But the truth is— my brain wasn’t lazy. it just didn’t like how I was studying 🧠 So I stopped chasing discipline… and started redesigning my habits instead ✨ Here’s what changed everything: 1. urge surfing 🌊 when I feel like scrolling, I don’t fight it anymore. I just wait for 2 minutes ⏳ and almost every time… the craving fades on its own. focus comes back quietly. 2. dopamine stacking 🍵🎧 I started pairing studying with small things I enjoy— a warm drink, my favorite song, a little stretch break. my brain slowly learned: studying ≠ pain studying = comfort 🤍 3. visual progress cues ✅ I stopped tracking hours. instead, I track wins. crossing off one question, one page, one flashcard… those tiny victories? they feel so much better than mindless scrolling ✨ 4. habit bundling 🔗 I attach studying to something I already do daily. after coffee = study ☕ after shower = review notes 🚿no thinking, no debating… just flow. 5. environment priming 🕯️ same spot, same playlist, same setup. eventually, my brain doesn’t need motivation anymore. it just knows: “we study here.” and that’s when it shifted— studying stopped feeling like something I had to do… it became something I naturally returned to 🌙 not obsession from pressure. but attachment from design. A+ was never about being stronger. it was about being smarter with my system 📈 if studying feels hard for you, maybe it’s not you… maybe it’s your method. follow @huiqiennnn for more soft + effective study systems 🤍✨ #studygram #studytips #studymotivation #studentlife #productivity

Save this for later 💻🧠 Struggling to focus for more than a few minutes? Here are 3 focus hacks that will help you stay locked in for hours: 1. Remove Temptations Put your phone in another room when it’s time to focus. Out of sight, out of mind. 2. Stay Present Try fully listening in classes instead of mindlessly jotting things down. You’ll find the content more interesting and be less distracted. When I don’t want to take notes myself, the PLAUD Notepin helps me transcribe meetings! 3. I don’t like long study sessions because it’s quite physically-exhausting. So when I really have to do it, I make sure it’s super productive! 🎯Goal setting: Break down your material into manageable chunks and schedule study sessions for each. Be realistic about how much time you’ll need for each topic. 🍅Pomodoro Technique: I prefer 50/10. Basically, study for 50 mins then get a 10-min break and repeat. 🌧️Ambient Sounds: Rain sounds is my fav! It provides a calming and natural white noise that masks distractions without being distracting itself. 💧Hydration: When you’re dehydrated, your brain function slows down. Keep a reusable water bottle at your desk and take regular sips throughout your study session. 👯Company: Find a dedicated study buddy who shares your goals and can maintain focus during the sessions. Watching them work hard for their goals will definitely motivate you! If you haven’t found a study buddy yet, opt for my study with me videos! Maybe they would be helpful! #studygramvietnam #newstudygram #aestheticstudy #newstudygrammer #studyaccount #studycommunity #studyinspiration #studymotivation #astheticstudy #studyvlog #deskdecor #desksetup #studyview #studytips

Some study methods for you guys💓 sorry I haven’t been posting much, doing my usual social media detox before exam starts! If you struggle with focusing or finding motivation just before exams, I recommend doing a full day or week of social media detox, just don’t use your phone, focus on other stuff like hobbies if you don’t want to study, although I recommend studying every day even if its for a few minutes. Anyways! I will be back posting more frequently starting next week. How is your exam preparation going?
