YOU GUYS ASK, I DELIVER! Is it too early to be sharing my new favorite stuffing recipe?! We usually never ever do this…we are sharing the whole recipe and instructions before it even hits the blog🤭😍 Ingredients: 12 oz Ground Sausage 1 Cup Celery, diced 1 Onion, medium, diced ½ Cup Butter, 1 stick 1 ¼ Cup Hot Water 1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon, * or 1 1/4 cups broth 1 Cup Milk, *for a richer stuffing, use half and half or half cream and half milk 1 Egg , beaten 16 oz Kinder's Stuffing Mix, or similar brand Instructions: Grease a 5-6 qt slow cooker well. Place a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sausage until cooked through. Drain grease and remove sausage to a plate. Add the butter to the skillet and let start to melt, then add the celery and onions. Sauté until the onion is translucent. Transfer to the crockpot. Add chicken broth, egg, milk and sausage. Stir to combine and then fold in the stuffing mix. If you want to make ahead, cover and place the slow cooker in the fridge overnight. Otherwise, proceed as follows. Turn onto high for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to low and cook an additional 3-4 hours or until hot and cooked through. If stuffing is done before your meal is ready, turn the slow cooker to warm setting. #stuffing #thanksgiving #saveforthanksgiving #recipeshare

Every time the smell fills the house, my kids say, “Oh yes, it’s stuffing night!” because they know it’s going to be warm, cozy, and delicious. It’s the perfect dump-and-go dinner. Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (6 oz) 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz) 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Optional: green beans or steamed veggies for serving Instructions: Lightly spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Lay the chicken breasts on the bottom of the crockpot. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper over the chicken. Spread the cream of chicken soup and sour cream on top. Pour the dry stuffing mix over everything. Drizzle chicken broth evenly across the top so the stuffing can moisten. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is tender. Shred or slice the chicken if desired and fluff the stuffing before serving. INGREDIENTS - Cooked turkey trimmings & scraps (2-3 cups) - 2 boxes Stove Top Savory Herbs (do not substitute) - 3 cups turkey stock (boxed broth works) - 1 large onion, diced - 2 carrots, diced - 2 celery stalks, diced - 1 whole red bell pepper, diced - 3 tbsp minced garlic - 1 stick REAL butter - 1 whole head roasted garlic - Salt & black pepper, to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Prepare turkey & stock Use cooked turkey trimmings, scraps, and stock (Boxed turkey or chicken broth works to.) 2. Dice up all the vegetables and set aside. 3. Brown the butter Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Let it foam and cook until deeply nutty brown. 4. Caramelize vegetables Add onion, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until soft and deeply golden. 5. Build flavor Add chopped turkey meat, mashed roasted veggies, and roasted garlic. Cook until lightly charred in spots (flavor, not burnt). 5. Finish the stuffing Add both boxes of Stove Top (dry). Pour in 3 cups stock, stir, cover, and turn off heat. Let steam as per boxed instructions. 6. Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing Recipe Ingredients 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4–6 pieces) 1 (6 oz) box dry stuffing mix (such as Stove Top), chicken or savory herb flavor 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth Directions Spray the inside of your slow cooker lightly with nonstick cooking spray or rub with a bit of oil for easier cleanup. Place the raw chicken breasts in a single layer on the bottom of the slow cooker. If they’re very thick, you can cut them in half lengthwise so they cook more evenly. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and the chicken broth until smooth and well combined. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, making sure they’re mostly covered. Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the top of the chicken and soup mixture. Gently press the stuffing down with the back of a spoon so it’s slightly moistened by the liquid underneath, but don’t stir. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, or on HIGH for 2.5–3.5 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C). Once done, you can leave the chicken breasts whole or use two forks to gently shred or slice them in the slow cooker, mixing them lightly with the stuffing if you like a more casserole-style dish. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed with a little salt and pepper. Serve hot, spooning a piece of chicken and a generous scoop of stuffing onto each plate.

Stuffing Inspired Butter 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 1 clove garlic, grated 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp celery seed 1 tbsp fresh sage 1 tbsp fresh thyme 1 tbsp fresh rosemary 2 tbsp fresh parsley 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon paste 1/2 tsp salt Add the sage, thyme, rosemary, and parsley to a food processor. Pulse until the herbs are finely chopped. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve & enjoy!
