Ingredients • 1 loaf of French bread (about 9–10 cups), cut into large cubes • 2–3 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp dried thyme • ½ tsp sea salt (for bread) • 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter • 1 yellow onion, diced • 4 celery stalks, diced • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 2–3 fresh sage leaves, finely chopped • ½ tbsp fresh rosemary, minced • ½ tbsp fresh thyme leaves • ¼ tsp salt (to season veggies) • ½ tsp black pepper, plus more to taste • 2 large eggs • 2 cups chicken broth, warmed • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, sliced into 8 thin pats (for topping) Instructions 1. Toast the Bread: Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, and salt. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once, until dried and lightly golden. Let cool. 2. Sauté the Veggies: In a large skillet, melt 1 stick butter over medium heat. Add onion and celery and cook for 15 minutes, until softened. Season with ¼ tsp salt, then add garlic, sage, rosemary, thyme, and parsley. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Finish with black pepper. 3. Assemble the Stuffing In a small bowl, whisk 2 eggs, then slowly pour in a bit of the warm broth while whisking continuously to temper the eggs. In a large bowl, combine toasted bread and sautéed veg Pour in the remaining broth gradually, tossing to evenly moisten. Taste and season if needed. Add the tempered egg mixture and toss gently to combine. 4. Bake Transfer stuffing to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with 8 thin slices of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more, then broil 3–4 minutes to crisp the top. Episode 2 - Thanksgiving Sides Best Traditional Stuffing 24oz loaf of French bread, cubed 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter 2 yellow onions, finely diced 2 cups celery, finely diced 6 garlic cloves, minced kosher salt and pepper 3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary 1 cup heavy cream 1 cups chicken stock, Preferably homemade 2 large eggs fresh herbs for sprinkling Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Brush a 9x13 baking dish (you can also use a larger baking dish or a larger foil roasting pan too!) with melted butter, olive oil or spray with nonstick spray. Place the bread in a large mixing bowl Heat the butter in a large skillet or dutch oven over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the onion, celery and garlic with a big pinch of salt and pepper - at least ½ to 1 teaspoon each. Cook until the onions and celery soften, about 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in the sage, parsley and rosemary. Cook for another minute. Stir in 1/2 cup of stock. Add the bread cubes and toss to coat. In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the remaining stock with the heavy cream and eggs. Pour that mixture into the bread cubes and stir and fold the bread cubes until thoroughly combined. Bake the stuffing for 45 to 60 minutes, until the internal temperature registers 160 degrees F. If the stuffing is getting too browned, you can tent it with foil. Pain farci à la viande hachée 💜 Pain farcie à la viande hachée 💜 (quantités pour 8 pains) . 💙 Farce : . - 250g de viande hachée - 1 oignon - 1/4 de poivron vert, rouge et jaune - sel, poivre, paprika, curcuma - huile d’olive - 1 cas de concentré de tomate - 1 cac d'harissa . + du fromage (j’utilise le fromage vendu dans les épiceries turc, le kasar) . Faire revenir la viande hachée dans un fond d'huile. Lorsqu'elle est bien saisie, ajouter l’oignon et les poivrons émincés. Ajouter les épices puis le concentré de tomate et la harissa. Bien mélanger et poursuivre la cuisson jusqu'à ce que les légumes soient fondant. Laisser refroidir. . 💙 Pour la pâte : . - 300g de farine - 5g de sel - 5g de sucre - 12g de levure fraîche (ou 4g de levure sèche à dilué dans un peu d'eau) - 1 yaourt nature (125g) - 50 de beurre mou - 90ml d'eau tiède . Dans le bol du robot commencer par placer le sel puis la farine. Ajouter la levure émiettée, le sucre, le yaourt. Commencer à pétrir en ajoutant l'eau petit à petit. Vous devez obtenir une pâte qui se décolle des parois. Ajouter le beurre et continuer de pétrir quelques minutes. A ce moment là, vous devez obtenir une pâte légèrement collante. Couvrir et laisser la pâte doubler de volume (1 heure environ). . Au thermomix : placer les ingrédients dans l’orde dans le bol (eau, levure, sucre, farine, yaourt et enfin le sel) mode pétrin durant 5 minutes. Ajouter le beurre et pétrir à nouveau 5 minutes. Laisser reposer 1 heure. . Dégazer la pâte et la diviser en 8 parts égales. Former des boules. Reprendre la 1ère boule formé, l'étaler légèrement avec le bout des doigts et la farcir avec 1 cas de farce à la viande hachée et du fromage. Former à nouveau une boule en soudant bien les bords puis placer sur un plateau fariné. Reprendre la 1ère boule farci, l'étaler à l'aide du bout des doigts en une fine galette et faire cuire des 2 faces sur une crépière. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and combined. - Gradually add the powdered sugar until totally combined. - Transfer to a piping bag, and set aside. - In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the French toast until completely combined. Baguettes farcies 🥖 Bonjour tout le monde, aujourd’hui je vous propose une recette salée, mini Baguettes farcies, une recette très très facile et surtout delicieuuuuuse😋 à tester le pain est hyper moelleux 😉 Ingrédients pour 12 baguettes: 500g farine 25g poudre de lait 30g sucre 10g sel 8g levure sèche 80g beurre mou 30 cl d’eau Ingrédients farce 500g viande hachée (pour moi poulet haché) 1 poivron rouge coupé en petit dès 1 poivron vert coupé en petit dès 1 oignon Coriandre Sel / poivre/paprika/gingembre Fromage Commencer par la pâte : Verser le sucre la levure et 5 cl d’eau tiède dans le bol du robot, remuer et laisser reposer 30 min Ajouter la farine le sel et la poudre de lait, commencer à pétrir en ajoutant l’eau petit à petit, pétrir environ 5min puis ajouter le beurre et pétrir jusqu’à ce que la pâte se décolle des parois, couvrir et laisser reposer 1h à 2h, Dégazer la pâte et former des boules de 80g couvrir et laisser reposer 10min , étaler et garnir puis refermer, Les déposer dans une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier cuisson, couvrir et laisser reposer 1h Badigeonner de jaune d’œuf et 1 c à s de lait, parsemer de sésames , faire des entailles à l’aide d’une lame. Enfourner environ 20min à 160 degrés. Heat a large pot on high. Add butter, onions and celery and stir until tender. Add poultry seasoning, rosemary, parsley and sage.Mix until fragrant, then remove from heat. Pour vegetable mix over bread. Pour chicken stock, eggs and mix until well combined. Use the stuffing to fill the baking dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes until stuffing has a golden exterior. Serve with the juiciest turkey.
