Kūmara: Toss cubed kūmara with salt. Cook in the air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes until tender. 2. Beef: In a medium pan, cook beef mince with taco seasoning until browned and well mixed. 3. Salsa & Guac: Chop and combine all ingredients for salsa and guacamole in separate bowls. 4. Assemble: Layer kūmara, seasoned beef, salsa, cos lettuce, and guacamole in a bowl. All other recipes are below.⬇️ Avocado Crema: 1 large avocado (or 2 small avocados) ¼ cup plain greek yogurt 1 garlic clove 1 Tbsp lemon juice ¼ tsp garlic salt 1. Add all ingredients to a food processor & blend until smooth. Salsa Fresca: Handful of grape tomatoes, chopped ¼ of a red onion, finely diced Handful of cilantro, chopped ½ - 1 lime 1. Add the tomatoes, onion & cilantro to a bowl. Squeeze your lime over the salsa & mix. Taste & adjust lime juice if needed. Air Fried Sweet Potatoes: 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into cubes 1 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil) Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste 1. Toss the potatoes in avocado oil. Comment BOOK and I’ll send the link to your DM’s 🏃🏼‍♀️ Ingredients: 200g sweet potato 1 tsp chip seasoning (I use paprika, onion powder and salt) 150g 5% beef mince 1/2 tsp paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, cumin 1 tsp tomato purée 80g fat free cottage cheese mixed with 20g 0% fat Greek style yog 1/2 an avocado (60g) Optional: Squeeze of lemon and salt For the hot honey: 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp sriracha A pinch of chilli flakes Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice or drop of water Chop the potato into cubes around 1-2cm wide. Pop them into a bowl and microwave for 6 minutes to soften. Spray with oil and season with your chip seasoning (or just s+p) then air fry for around 15 mins on 190°C. Whilst they’re cooking, fry off the beef and add 1/2 tsp paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder and cumin then stir in 1 tsp tomato purée. Once browned, add the sweet potato and beef to a bowl. Slice or mash your avocado with some lemon juice and salt and add that along with the cottage cheese. Mix the ingredients for the hot honey and drizzle all over! #hothoneybeefbowl #highprotein #mealideas

Taco beef burrito bowl 🥗😮‍💨 A super quick and easy recipe to throw together when want something absolutely banging but you’re in a hurry ✌🏼 492 calories and 37.8g protein per bowl ✅ Hit SAVE for your next easy dinner recipe📌 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g lean beef mince 1.5 tbsp taco seasoning 30g tomato salsa 80ml water 20g ranch dressing 15g chipotle paste 30g fat free Greek yoghurt Packet of Mexican microwave rice Shredded lettuce 6 cherry tomatoes quartered 40g sweetcorn 1/4 red onion diced A couple of sprigs fresh coriander chopped 20g Red Leicester Cheese grated (or reduced fat cheddar) 💗 Add the garlic and beef mince to a frying pan. Cook until almost browned. 💗 Meanwhile, mix together the ranch dressing, chipotle paste and Greek yoghurt set to one side. 💗 Add the taco seasoning, salsa and water to the beef mince and return to heat a few minutes until thickened. 💗 Warm the rice according to pack instructions. 💗Add the rice to the bowl with the beef, lettuce, tomatoes, sweetcorn, onion, cheese drizzling the sauce all over. Notes - we also had some homemade tortilla chips. Easy Taco Beef Bowl (Serves 2) Ingredients: - 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey - 2 tbsp taco seasoning - 1 packet Trader Joe’s microwave Spanish rice - 1 cup shredded lettuce - 1/2 cup premade pico de gallo - 1 avocado, sliced - 1/4 cup @primalkitchenfoods cilantro crema or homemade (see below) Homemade Cilantro Crema: - 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt - 1 tbsp lime juice - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped - 1 small garlic clove, minced - Salt to taste (Blend or mix until smooth.) Instructions: 1. Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and cook until fully done. 2. Heat the Spanish rice according to the package. 3. | TACO BOWL | 🌮 – so lecker & einfach gemacht! 😍 Rezept zum Speichern – für 2 Personen ⸻ Zutaten für den Tomatensalat • 1 Tomate • ½ rote Zwiebel • 1 EL frische Petersilie, gehackt • Saft einer halben Zitrone • Salz & Pfeffer Zutaten für die Guacamole • 1 Avocado • ½ rote Zwiebel • 1 EL frische Petersilie, gehackt • Saft einer halben Zitrone • 1 EL Olivenöl • Salz & Pfeffer Zutaten für die Kartoffeln • 4 große Kartoffeln • 2 EL Olivenöl • Salz, Pfeffer, Vegeta, Chili & Paprika edelsüß Zutaten für das Hackfleisch • 300 g Rinderhackfleisch • Öl zum Anbraten • Salz, Pfeffer, Vegeta, Chili & Paprika edelsüß • 2–3 EL Wasser • 2 EL Sriracha-Mayo (optional) Außerdem: • Geriebener Käse • 2 EL Crème Fraîche oder griechischer Joghurt Schritt 1: Tomatensalat 1. Tomate und ½ Zwiebel in kleine Würfel schneiden. 2. Mit Petersilie, Zitronensaft, Salz & Pfeffer vermengen. 3. Abdecken und kaltstellen. ⸻ Schritt 2: Guacamole 1. Avocado zerdrücken. 2. ½ Zwiebel fein würfeln und mit Petersilie, Zitronensaft, Olivenöl, Salz & Pfeffer zur Avocado geben. 3. Alles cremig verrühren, abdecken und ebenfalls kaltstellen. ⸻ Schritt 3: Kartoffeln 1. Ofen auf 210 °C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen. 2. Kartoffeln schälen, in Würfel schneiden und mit Olivenöl sowie Gewürzen (Salz, Pfeffer, Vegeta, Chili, Paprika edelsüß) vermengen. 3. Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech geben und 30–35 Minuten goldbraun backen. ⸻ Schritt 4: Hackfleisch 1. Etwa 15 Minuten bevor die Kartoffeln fertig sind, Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen. 2. Hackfleisch bei mittlerer Stufe krümelig anbraten. 3. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Vegeta, Chili & Paprika würzen, etwas Wasser und Sriracha-Mayo hinzufügen. 4. Kurz weiterbraten, abschmecken. ⸻ Schritt 5: Anrichten 1. Zuerst die Kartoffeln in eine Schüssel geben. 2. Dann das Hackfleisch darauf verteilen. 3. Mit geriebenem Käse bestreuen. 👉 Tipp: Schüssel mit Alufolie abdecken und für ein paar Minuten in den warmen Ofen stellen – so schmilzt der Käse perfekt. 4.
