TREADMILL RUNNING: donโ€™t stay too close to the front!!! I love my treadmill - especially during these cold winter months. Last week I went on the treadmill 3 days in a row (which I usually never do) and noticed my shoulders felt sore and tired. It took me a minute to realize I was running WAY too close to the front of the treadmill (I just naturally drifted up) which caused me to subconsciously raise my shoulders to avoid hitting the treadmill with my hands. Itโ€™s a simple solution - make sure you run towards the middle of the treadmill. Of course you have to make sure the treadmill is the right length for you (some with longer legs need to be careful) but the majority of us would benefit from remembering this simple solution!
