I captured this in Paris near the Louvre using interval shooting to create a ghostlike flow of people. 200 frames, shot on a tripod for stability.

β¨Used the IFOOTAGE Gazelle TC3B Travel Tripod from @ifootagegear - lightweight, compact, and sturdy enough to handle long exposures in busy locations. I carried it with me across Paris on foot and it never slowed me down.
This is one of my favorite photography techniques for adding atmosphere to travel photos and city scenes. Long exposure timelapse + strong composition = visual storytelling gold.

π ColorGrading - try to edit different color areas individually so as not to change the entire image as a whole

Start π I correct exposure and shadowsβ¨Subject π I increase the contrast, the exposure, if necessary I correct the colors to focus the viewerβs eye on itβ¨Foreground/background π I try to adjust the exposure so that the subject stands out from the background

π I add a linear gradient to draw attention to the essentials
π I use radial gradients to highlight certain objects in the image or to increase the lighting at certain points
π I work with different levels of focus in order to highlight something or make it look interestingβ¨β¨β¨
βοΈ Bonus Tip βοΈ

π Edit the eyes of your subject separately, increase the exposure and the contrast a little, deepen the black a little, mask the bright area separately again and increase the white component, this will make them start to shine, use the Clarity slider to make them shine AND you already have an eye-catcher in your picture.β¨
