Ten proces zaczyna się już po 30 roku życia . To właśnie mięśnie są odpowiedzialne, za tempo TWOJEGO METABOLIZMU. Mam 43 lata... kończę za niecały miesiąc. Moja tkanka mięśniowa wynosi więcej porcent niż 15 lat temu. Moja tkanka tłuszczowa też, ale i ta na życzenie poszła w góre. Tak czytam i czytam Wasze komentarze.. Wiem, że będzie Ci ciężko w to uwierzyć, ale ja też prowadzę siedzący tryb życia.. Muszę wstać od biurka, przebrać się i zrobić trening.. zanim to zrobię, muszę o tym pomyśleć. Mnie tez musi sie zachciec :) Nie pracuje w clubie fitness.. nie prowadzę zajęć grupowych.. prowadzę 6 spółek za które jestem odpowiedzialna. I czasem po prostu nie miałam czasu na trening.. ALE NIE W TYM ROKU! W tym roku postawiłam sobie ZDROWIE I FORME za priorytet! Najpierw troska o moje dobro.. tak żebym kolejno mogła tym dobrem dzielić się z innymi! Wiem jak z wiekiem czuć się coraz lepiej .. On veut une prise de masse sèche, on ne veut pas faire de gras. 4- je réalise la séance ou une autre tous les deux jours pendant 30 jours et je vois le résultat.
