Let’s fix your Tricep Rope Pushdown form. 🔑 💪🏾 💯 Save this post for reference, share it with your gym partner, & let me know if you want to see more form corrections in the comments below. ⬇️ 💡 How to do Tricep Rope Pushdown properly: 📍 Set the weight appropriately (challenging, but doable with proper form for 6+ reps) 📍 Grab the rope, bring your shoulders up, back, & down (pin them there for the set) 📍 Bring your elbows down towards your ribcage & keep them locked there 📍 Position yourself with a slight knee bend, slight arch in your lower back, & slight lean forward 📍 Push the rope down with your hands, without moving your elbows or shoulders, to complete extension & slowly return to the starting position Focus on perfecting form before you focus on increasing your weight & you’re going to see much better strength gains, & aesthetic gains. ⚔️ Give this a shot next time you’re in the gym & feel the difference it makes. 🤝 🏆 #Training #Tips #Form 🎥 @kculturemedia
