Freezer meals, diaper stations on both floors, toddler busy bins = survival. 4. Your toddler will regress — and it’s not personal. They’re adjusting to losing 90% of you. 5. You will feel torn in two. One crying in your arms. One crying at your legs. Your heart stretching in real time. 6. Healing looks different the second time. Your body remembers birth… but it still deserves slow recovery. 7. Lower your standards. Lower them again. The house can wait. The dishes can wait. The bonding can’t. 8.
